  Close to my office so I am occasionally sent to make lunch runs, they consistently make mistakes and forget items. The girl making the food just slaps it together with no care in how it looks or tastes.

  This has to be the worst Tim Hortons in Canada. If you order a meal of any sorts, there is a 100% chance they will forget to give you something. I am not sure if they've been trained to do this, because of the 8 meals I've ordered, they have "forgot" something in every order

  coffee was cold, food was ok. Service was ok, resto looked ok

  It is a quiet place in the evenings. So quiet that no cashier is there to help you. Nonetheless other things are good.
