  WENT FOR A COFFEE THIS AFTERNOON BUT ARRIVED BACK AT WORK TO FIND THEY HAD GOT MY ORDER WRONG-CALLED AND A LOVELY STAFF MEMBER (SORRY IDIDN'T GET YOUR NAME) CORRECTED MY ORDER AND DELIVERED IT IN PERSON RIGHT AWAY---MADE MY AFTERNOON THANKS FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND !

  This is a very unprofessionally run establishment. Orders always wrong (far more than other locations,) very cold employees who seldom say anything to you except what is owed. When I say "thank you" and you've already turned around to chat and giggle with your co-workers, I'm left wondering why on Earth should I come back. Two times in a row I'm trying to place an order and the woman on the telecom is giggling and chatting. Someone must always tell a really funny joke before I show up. UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. Why do I come back? It's open 24/7 and I work nights, and it happens to be close to where I live. Believe me, if this wasn't a good location with good hours then I would have long since stopped going. STAY AWAY if you can. As a side note, this location more than any other in town relies heavily on Filipino's working under the Temporary Foreign Worker program. If you're looking for an entry-level job, have fun competing with people who will work for less. Don't bother applying for work here. Update: Location seems to have improved considerably. Orders always correct and staff is pleasant and attentive. I have adjusted my rating accordingly.

  You'll definitely leave happy from this Tim Hortons. Very friendly and fast service. The workers are super nice.

  I ended up having a whole large tea that was extremely hot spill over my jeans and shawl. If I had anything on other than my jeans I probably would have been burned. No body asked if I was ok or if they could help in anyway. What happened was you hot water is was to hot. So I have to take the cover off on order to be able to drink it while I am still there. The only thing your staff did was ask if I would like another tea. 5 minutes later of one of the younger staff members came over with a mop and was supposed to be cleaning up the mess. But they had left so much water in the mop all she was doing was making a bigger mess.
