  I’m here just about 5-6 times a week, as I work nearby. The staff have gotten to know my order have it punched into the till when I walk up. I find some of the female employees there are incredibly sweet and always start my mornings with a warm smile. I also find majority of the time, their lineups are finished quickly and they’re never understaffed.

  Worst customer service ever at the drive through. CSR ALWAYS cuts you off before you finish your order (and and and and and and, seriously just stop and LISTEN to what your customer wants). Always order my bagels double toasted and they are either burnt or not toasted at all. About 4 of out the 5 days I stop on my way to work the orders are wrong! It is always a surprise as they give you what they feel like and not what you actually order. Perhaps some customer service training would be in order at this location.

  These employees should start doing another job where they only do physical work. Not using common sense at all. You say double toasted and they microwave it don’t know why

  Normally I find this Tim's pretty decent. They are fast, and usually friendly. This morning going through the drive thru is another matter. They were fast, but in their effort to be fast they gave me a BURNT breakfast sandwich. I'm not talking a little burnt, the things is almost half charred. It smells awful, and I can't believe I wasted good money on something I can't eat. RIDICULOUS.

  Selection of baked good is quite poor. Served Unlabeled beverages making it hard to know who's drink is who's.
