::Staff looked miserable as I awaited my mobile order. This could be the worst I have seen. Sadly, my score for Tim's keeps plummeting.

::Coffee good. Service friendly but more focused on drive-through

::Tim Hortons knows it can get by with the absolute minimum. It is comfortable, it realizes it is a staple to Canadian life... But as a whole the company, from its greenest employees to its most seasoned veterans of coffee, fail to remember the community which keeps their owners so plump.

::Not one of the better Tim Horton’s I’ve been to. When I go in I usually get the grilled cheese and wedges. The first time I came here, the lady at the register could barely speak any English and was very hard to deal with trying to take my order. She ended up forgetting to put the bacon on the sandwich I asked for and the lady that brought my food out also brought a muffin, free of charge, since she realized the mistake before bringing the food. That was a very nice gesture. The second time the service was pretty slow, with what I imagine at least 15 people working in there. It looked like a madhouse with so many people cramped into such a small area. When I got my food, the cheese was not melted at all and the wedges were not very fresh. I would choose another Tim Hortons next time.

::Pretty good place with a lot of new workers. Some are still in the process of learning how to use the machines so business is a little slow. I suggest people go easy on these girls until they got the ropes down, because hey everyone needs and job and an income. Also there may be a language barrier at first but I think it will completely go away once the girls/people working at Tims get used to it. Other than that good place!
