  As of Sat 8am Nov 4/2017 - huge pool of coffee leaked onto floor from the coffee machine - hope someone lets the franchise owner know about this required cleanup mess sooner than later. Coffee patrons will be very sad to not be able to get their beloved coffee on Mon morning. This is a great Timmy's usually.

  Study, discuss classes, casual chat with supervisors great place for all three. Gets really crowded around 3pm. It will be great if they consistently serve on both tills which is mostly not the case.

  Has seating, but no hot food and gets real busy real quick

  Fast and convenient. Only serves coffee and donuts. University-made sandwiches and soup are available to purchase. This location accepts Tim cards.
