  Service can be really slow and it's hit or miss as to whether the staff know what they're doing or not.

  Kicked me out of the store 10 minutes before they were closing and when people were still in line. Also the service is slow and unorganized, like most of the food places on campus and gets your order wrong most of the time. Just because you’re serving students you shouldn’t get away with shittier service. Get it together.

  There are always very long lines. Service can be nuch faster and more efficient. The need proper training to get organized.

  This Timmies is quick with receiving your order, but takes forever to give you what you ordered. When you finally get your order, there is almost always something wrong with it.

  I'm so confused by people who are obsessed with Tim Horton's. I've never had anything that tasted great. If you love Tim Horton's maybe this one is good, but if you're trying it for the first time, I highly recommend you do not go. It will be disappointing. Their hot chocolate is too watery, their frozen drinks are too sweet, and their food is all very poor quality. 👎
