Update: Getting worse by the day with this incompetent manager Omama. One time eating snacks with another staff infront of customers. Other time threw change back in my hand with not even looking. Floors very dirty and the whole place smells bad. Was 3 stars It's fine for a quick meeting or grab to go coffee.

Filthy and disgusting atmosphere. Instead of standing around gabbing maybe the staff should pick up a CLEAN rag and mop.

I really like this Tim Hortons. It is very conveniently located. Unfortunately they do not have much parking so parking is often an issue. I do like their food and I like their coffee. Their staff for very very friendly and very helpful. I would like to see Tim Hortons do something about recycling. They use so many disposable containers even when customers are eating inside. It would be nice to see them do something environmentally friendly with all of the disposable products they go through.

Fast place to get a decent cup of coffee (dark or regular roast), hot chocolate or a variety of teas. Most places have honey for the tea (best Tim Horton's) while others cheap out and only offer sugar or the chemical stuff. Sadly most of the times you are taking a chance eating their pre-made, reheated foods that have lost a lot of flavour and individual characteristics because they are made in a central location, frozen and shipped out to the stores who call them freshly made. That's not what you are getting as all the store staff do is shove them into an oven (normal or microwave) and then sell as freshly made. Even the soups have gone downhill, I ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup but got no noodles or chicken pieces. But the coffee, tea and hot chocolate is relatively fresh (for what it's worth).

As far as Tim Hortons locations goes, this one is a pretty mediocre to average one. Service not personal and hash browns tasted burnt. They have a few parking spots out front which is handy for 17th Ave. But otherwise, only went here for location convenience which is about all they have working for them. Service and food is pretty below average compared to other Tim Hortons locations. Ah well, back to my usual locations for better service.
