::Absolutely disgusting service. I took two dresses and a silk jacket, all came back with stains and the jacket was completely ruined. No apology from the staff so I came back to speak to the manager who literally shouted at me saying I was lying, they didn't do it and I'd taken it to another dry cleaners who ruined it - even though it was in the original bag and i had pictures took in the dry cleaners to prove it was them. He told me 'we don't need your kind of people in here' and 'get out'. I couldn't believe how he could speak to a customer like that. I'm left with a ruined jacket and two dresses that still have the original stains on, with no offer of solution. After speaking with a couple of other people who'd been there, they told me they had shrunk their garments or not done the intended job, and were incredibly rude when questioned. I wish I could give minus stars. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE.

::Do not use this service. They lose clothes. Today, its my $450 Zara jacket. They do not give you an itemized list of what you drop off. They have no system for tracking your lost items from cleaning plant to retail pick up locations. When something is lost, its your word against their word. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE. The company is registered and licensed as "The Veletor Cleaners, to a West Vancouver man, Shamsudin Pyarali Rajabali, living at 3742 Marine Drive, West Vancouver. They have a retail shop in West Vancouver, as well as several "drop off" spots around Vancouver; and their main cleaning plant on Dundas St in East Vancouver. I came to this business with good intentions to give you my business, my tryst, my loyalty my hard earned cash. You show zero care in finding my item, and you show zero care in any kind of resolution. You just don't care!...and thats bad business. And as we all know, attitude reflects leadership - in the case, ownership.
