  Rom made business cards for me that exceeded my expectations. He did so in a quick and courteous manner. He'll take good care of you.

  The owner was very helpful in designing and printing my business invitations. He was able to understand what I wanted and put it into a high quality printing material. Thank you, highly recommended.

  I like UPS, but this franchise is a total disgrace. Beware of the owner, he is desperate for money. Each time I went there to send a package, he gave me abovemarket prices. Don't trust his quotes, check with the competition or other UPS stores first! Once I needed quickly a few business cards (usually I use vistaprint). He printed them on the cheapest paper that can exist. Corners got damage right away and they fold as soon as you touch them. I complained to him about that. His answer was: "this is normal with business cards".

  This particular UPS store goes above and beyond any other! I recently have had to utilize their services a number of times in order to get things in working order. The manager and all the staff go above and beyond to help you and make you feel like a valued customer in their store. My first experience in their store happened by chance, i.e. After waiting over 25 minutes to get help in "Staples", I googled my way into this UPS store and was immediately helped. They greet you with a smile and remember you when you return. Wonderful, wonderful people! Keep up the EXCEPTIONAL service!!! and Thank You.
