  Absolutely terrible, I would never go here again, the customer service rep was talking on the phone the entire time and not helping the people in front of him, then he lost it at me when I tried to use a machine and treated me like a child.

  Great cusomer service! This guy kept the doors open an extra 15 mins after closing just for me and rerouted packages for me.

  Horrible customer service!! Wasn't greeted at the door, super rude when I explained my situation! Put my package on the counter...didn't even say bye or have a nice day.... NEVER USING THEIR SERVICE AGAIN! Rude, rude, rude!!
