  I tried to return a package from an online retailer with the UPS return shipping label all ready to go and the employee at the store refused to take it. She tried to get me to call a 1-800 number to arrange pickup from my house instead. I had to call the next nearest UPS store location and drive all the way out there where they easy accepted my package, no questions asked. I don't know what this employee's problem was, but for a shipping company, what terrible seevice.
