  Amazing service from Holly at this location. Needed to ship some things back to Ontario and Holly was an absolute pleasure to deal with!

  I visited here Friday, December 16th. I was notified last minute that I had to ship a package to Toronto, urgent, overnighted for Saturday delivery. I made it to the shop after they had closed (maybe just passed six) and was frazzled after running through the snow. Not only did Holly open the door and welcome me in without hesitation, but she went above and beyond to help me get my package out. She called from their line to schedule a pick up at my shop, asked in so many ways to get it done. After we were unsucceful because the pickup deadline had passed the gentleman on the phone let us know which locations still had a pick up that evening and Holly mapped out directions, let me know where the cab stand was and wished me luck in my way out. Ive had many an issue with UPS but it's team members like Holly that make the experience all the better.

  Great service. I highly recommend this shop. I had a big job, lots of printing, some copies, then I had to spend some time organizing everything before finally mailing it. The manager was patient and helpful. He gave me everything I needed to complete the job and gave me different options for guaranteed delivery time of my package.

  I had a Antique Marble clock packed and shipped by them. It was completely destroyed. It was obvious that they do not know how to ship items that have any weight (35 lbs). In UPS standard shipping, a package should support a 3 foot drop; they did not comply with this requirement. Now I wait for the insurance claim.

  Frais de dédouanage odieux. Ne jamais, jamais, JAMAIS utiliser pour des envois internationaux. Maîtres dans l'art des frais cachés. Compagnie de livraison à proscrire.
