  You cannot see the UPS store from the parking lot. It is in the Hsbc Bank building across from the bakery. They are very clean and organized here. Also the customer service is top notch.

  Extraordinarily rude! Unnecessarily so. Went elsewhere instead, and they were a lot friendlier even though they were much busier!

  I've been using this store for many years. The knowledge/experience and service has always been exceptional. Last week while in Calgary I was struggling to get a specific task accomplished and finally said, "Just tell me where the nearest UPS store is". I am happy to report that the UPS store in Calgary delivered the same exceptional service. These UPS people know their stuff!!

  I had a great experience. The store in Maple Ridge wouldn't take my box cause they said it was unshakable so I had to drive all the way to Poco where they took no problem.
