::I was in a rush and had to get two items printed. Unfortunate as the internet was down due to construction out side. How ever I was greeted with a smile a eagerness to help from Sofia at the front desk. She showed wonderful customer services with a genuine quality behind it. I would give this employee and the company 5 stars A+. Not being able to print what I needed was forgotten quickly with a lovely experience.

::This world needs more people like Sofia. She is amazing. She is such a beautiful person. She is always so helpful. I use to go elsewhere to do all my faxing, until I met Sofia in your store. She is so wonderful and has so much knowledge about anything you ask her. I’ve been going through some real tough times, and when I go into this location to do my business, I always walk out feeling better than I did when I went in. Don’t lose her... young people like her are hard to find nowadays.

Customer service is supposed to be an experience and I believe that may have been my most cheery customer service experience! Fully recommend Sofia and this store!
