  The guy behind the counter (old Indian man) who seems to be the owner of this franchise store for UPS does not know how to communicate with a customer. I went to pick up a package with 2 slips which UPS driver left at my house and he asked me "are you sure this package is for you?" well obviously if its not for me why would I have the slip first of all, and why would I be there with a photo id to pick it up??? Use your common sense, instead of questioning customer if its the right package, check the photo ID which matches the tracking slip instead of asking a dumb question??? And smile next time your in a customer service industry.

  Attendant was a alright at best, still helped out but didn't seem to want to. At least that's the vibe I got

  They no longer sell printer ink...but during the time they did, the owner went out of his way to order me my printer ink and he picked it up within 2 days. I always get good service.

  Amazing customer service! They are always very helpful trying to track your packages.. They have computer rentals as well if you need it.. They have printing and photo copying too! They also have personalized products for your events or companies.. Just wish they are open late specially on weekends.. But their staff are always very open and accommodating!

  Had to ship a few documents overseas and wasn’t really sure how to handle everything. The staff at the front were very helpful and went over everything with me; listed prices for the methods of shipment and advised me on what would be the best bet. Also the prices for printing documents are pretty competitive.
