  They intentionally mislead me about their prices multiple times. Terrible customer service! Absolutely horrible.

  Excellent customer service, over the phone and in person. Carrie (I think?) really went above and beyond! Super impressed.

  I received an excellent service from the sweetie Keri. She explained everything clearly to me and packing it nicely for me! making copy when I needed and wishing me a good day and safe driving in a snow day!I will definitely come back!

  Terrible service and worse policies. Let me start by saying I have managed a similar but much higher volume business for about 7 years. What i mean to say is that i have worked in the service industry and have a lot of respect for people in it. I am reasonable with my requests and not a penny pincher by any means. But this business just rub me up the wrong way a few times in 5 minutes. They would be out of business if it wasn't for amazon or people needing UPS services. Why!? Because no one in their right frame of mind would make it so difficult for you to do business with them! They charge if you email them the waybill, they then charge for the print and then they dont accept cards for transactions below $3.50 to save on transaction fees. Everything designed to serve them and not the customer. And their service standpoint is if you dont like it them you may want to "go fly a kite"!! Well I use Amazon a lot and need their services a lot, but I am never going back! I do however wish them luck trying to capture the market, $1 at a time.
