  This UPS Store is the best ! I have been shipping with Imran for many years.He made international shipping a breeze ! And his depot for UPS pickup has great parking -thanx Imran .

  I called them to inquire about a package. He asked what part of Victoria I live in and I said "Downtown." He immediately said they don't have the package, gave me an incorrect phone number, and hung up on me. Bloody animals. That man should be fired. And all this is AFTER they didn't deliver my package because it was an "incomplete address," though I checked and it has no error.

  I have used UPS at Westside Village in Victoria several times over the last few years, and find the service to be excellent. The same service rep, Imaran Jaffas, is always there when I need assistance. Just today, I had to ship five packages/suitcases (about 175 pounds in total) to a friend. I was surprised how reasonable the price was! I will continue to patronize this location because of the service and valu for money.

  A great , friendly, and informative person. Too bad the other offices don't have the same wonderful personnel. I drove out of my way to go here based on the reviews and I wasn't disappointed.

  I have used this UPS store three times now and I find the man that runs it to be very courteous and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone.
