  The owner/operator of this store is not only unfriendly and not helpful, but extremely rude. I will never step foot into this UPS location again.

  Incredibly poor customer service. Unhelpful and unprofessional. Package required signature verification that the package has been received by a ups representative. Employee refused signature despite showing them the letter was from UPS and was only saying it was received at a drop-off. Go elsewhere if at all possible.

  Way too expensive. Went to ship a package (a light 10”x10”x10”) to Ontario. They wanted $111 for the box and shipping. I bought the box for $8 but brought it to Canada Post where I paid $21 to ship to the exact same address. Staff was somewhat friendly though.

  I reside in Vancouver but was in Calgary over the weekend to visit family. I found myself in need of a photocopy but it required ENLARGING the picture. I thought this would be a relatively SIMPLE request, but boy was I wrong. One company that claims to specialize in everything OFFICE told me that they would TRY, but could I come back later in the day? I finally said, "Does anyone know where a UPS Store is?" I SHOULD have gone there FIRST. I walked in the store and was out in 5 minutes with EXACTLY what I needed. My UPS store at home is the same way. These people are PROFESSIONALS and I appreciate counting on them no mattter where I am.
