  I switched my wireless phone account from rogers to virgin mobile 2 days ago and I was assisted by incapable and poor knowledge girl named ASIA, however she was so sweet but definitely gave the wrong info and took so long to switch my account. she mentioned I am eligible for the smart care plan and I signed the plan. Next day, to confirm I made a call to customer care about all the feature of my account and found I don't have the SmartCare add-on. So I went to the store again, there another Indian girl (not Zanaira) she mentioned to me that we cant add that feature as I am not under contract or you brought your own phone. I am extremely pissed off with the service, like a business doesn't have knowledge of the products and screwing off their customer. Then I contacted customer care and shared all the details, they insurance feature in my account. But question, why I am sharing all this, to advise ASIA and the another girl (I guess an Indian, not zanaira again),,,,Please be better instead of giving wrong information to your customers as you are representing a brand and accountable to give better service and information.

  Good service and knowledgeable staff (for longboards at least, that's why I was there)

  All the staff are helpful and friendly. The manager is excellent as well, handled my purchase change with ease. They are knowledgable with any questions I had, I highly recommend this location and store.

  Staff were always friendly when I was looking for something. If I couldn't find it they would show me where it was or tell me when they are receiving stock. Really good about exchanges if you purchase a warranty.

  Absolutely the most amazing customer service I've experienced. Although I did not catch the employees name, his name did start with an s, he went above and beyond to help me replace my fm transmitter. I have went to 6 other sources in Calgary, but he's the only one that actually helped me find and replace it despite not having it in stock.
