::I have been dealing with the Whitehorse Source franchise for over a week now concerning an Acer Aspire E 15 E5-5253-979H. The machine was purchased in February 2017 and I purchased ACP coverage through the Source at the time of purchase. The machine is defective and 64 bit processing cannot be enabled. ACER will not fix the problem and the Source has still not replied in writing to my concerns. I last dealt with the Manager on this topic last Thursday August 24, 2017. At this point I am not hopeful that the Store Manager will respond. I will give this store a rating of 3 right now.

::People sometimes snobby and know it all. When I asked about my power button not working he asked if I could live with the screen double tapping to open. I was so pre occupied with that feature that I had never known about that I didn't mention there is still no way to power the off and on.
