  We were just there. The employee who was supposed to help us sold us the wrong buds for the wrong phone EVEN THOUGH WE SHOWED HIM THE PHONE WE WERE USING! Just got home and couldn't use them. Easy right? NOPE! They won't let us return it!!!! We have to go to Apple apparently! What kind of joke is This??? Never going again! EDIT: we have since been told they will accept an exchange due to the stores error. Will further edit after we go back in.

  After my latest visit I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and honesty exemplified by the service rep Joe. Went in with a friend who needed to buyout her contract in order to upgrade her phone from a low end budget model to a new iphone 8. Service was fast, simple, and no attempts to hide behind red tape were made. Within about 20 minutes my friend was out the door with a newly refreshed plan, phone, and smile on her face.

  I bought a laptop just after Christmas and it was defective. Because I didn’t have the box the laptop came in, they would not exchange it. I went in two times and was told I needed to speak to a manager. I ended up speaking with Joe who reiterated what the other sales associates told me. The laptop was 2 weeks old! I insisted that Joe help contact the manufacturer so I knew the next steps. Although I did receive assistance, it was clear that he did not want to do it. I left the store, with the laptop that I need to send to the manufacturer on my own dime. All to say, I will never go to the Source again and I highly recommend the managerial staff display some decorum when serving customers!

  I am big shopper at the Source and personally find this location to be the best of all the ones i have been in (over 30 different ones). I love how they are always super helpful in finding exactly what I need. My latest visit for example, I had the pleasure of dealing with Miguel who is amazing. He not only did an incredible job getting me the phone I really wanted and working with me to find the best plan for me, but I witnessed the best customer service with another customer service. He went out of his way to help him and even walked him to another store to get the information they needed to help him fully so there was no confusion. He always goes above and beyond for each customer. The Source should NEVER let him go! He truly is the best they have!
