::Worst customer service I have ever gotten in my life. They were like 6 employees in the store and nobody ever cared to say hi to me. All they cared was talking with each other or singing to whatever song was playing in the store. đŸ˜’ Will definitely NEVER go back there.

::This is the worst store i have visited in montreal. There were 5 employees at the counter including the manager and i was the only person in the store. No one cared to pay any attention towards me. They are least bothered about the customers. I dont know what keeps them busy even though there are no customers. I bought a phone 5 days ago and it was having a problem. When i went and asked them for a replacement, one of the employee named El Mehdi told me to visit samsung store for this. In their policy, it is written that if you face any technical issues within 15 days, the product will be replaced. They dont even know have any idea about their policies. They are very too arrogant and less worried about the customers. I regret buying a phone from this store. If you are expecting a customer friendly store, this is not the right place.

::worst experience. the people working here never pay attention to the customers. they are busy chit chatting with each other. i request souce company to change these staff people. this type of behaviour is not acceptable in a beautiful country like Canada. these people are putting loss to Source shop. Lousy staff

::Today we waited at the cash for over 5 minutes before an employee even acknowledged we existed - and there was 3 staff at the cashes, serving no customers, chatting with their friends ignoring us. I was 3 seconds from walking out and going to Best Buy instead since at least there you are greeted. The young woman who served us seemed to have no idea what it was that we wanted and kept trying to push cell phone contracts on us, even when we told her we weren't interested. Not good customer service to have staff ignore customers who want to buy something.
