  They've been the most helpful shoe experts in Vancouver to date. Staff is well-versed on matching you with the right shoe - living up to their name. If you can, I would suggest you wear your current running shoes so they'll examine your points of impact. But they'll also test your walking and running style(s) to see for themselves, which shoes to recommend. Apart from their great service, I particularly liked that they have professional running shoes that you won't find at the usual suspects around town... I got me a pair of Brooks Glycerin 15. I also got inserts for my mild overpronation, which I can use in other shoes as well. I'll definitely recommend shopping here. And no, they didn't ask me to write a review :).

  Customer service is excellent here and they have a fair selection of shoes. Highly recommended.

  The staff went out of thier way to make sure that i recieved the right shoes that my doctor recommended. They have a vast selection and prices are moderate.the staff had no problem allowing me to try on numerous shoes and were knowledgeable about all brands. Parking is in the rear alley or side street which has meters. This is my far the best show store in Vancouver. 5 stars.

  Fantastic selection of Birks and lovely, personalized service. Can't wait to go back to check out their spring collection!! Would highly recommend!
