  Didn't care about the client, instead pushed for a very basic accounting software that was too simple for my company, and they did this simply because that was easiest for their staff to work on. Further, they took migration from one platform to another very lightly, and were not knowledgeable in anything outside the standard basic bookkeeping. I would not recommend them for anything more than basic needs.

  My book keeping for my Toronto business was a mess. I couldn't even sort out my invoicing. Theprofitline saved my business from financial melt down. I really appreciate all the help they went well beyond the call of duty for a standard bookkeeper.
