  Incredibly disappointed in the service at this location. We took our dog in for her first grooming appointment just a haircut and nail trim. I was told it would take 3 hours and winded up waiting 4 before I drove over there to check on her. No one called to let us know it would take longer. When I went in they hadn’t even started cutting her hair. Not only that but the area they cut the dog’s hair is the same area they have both bigger and smaller dogs running around that could bump the groomer as they are cutting the other dog’s hair. Our dog was terrified. I had told them when I dropped her off that she is scared of other dogs as well. When I went to pay (originally 75$ but cause of the inconvenience half that) the manager assured me that kind of thing never happens. Literally right after she said this another customer walked in and was also complaining about a 6 hour wait for the same thing. Really disappointed.

  We took our 3 small dogs for nail trims and pad trim. Not only did 2 of our dogs look like their nails weren't done the other dogs nails were bleeding. I took them 2 months ago and it was $45.00 and this time I was charged $100.00. Who thought that prices could have over doubled and quality could lower this bad. You can sure tell what this business owner is all about....the all mighty dollar and to hell with the poor living animal that is being manhandled and bleeding.

  Very convenient location to my home, so I'm taking my pug there for daycare. The staff is amazing! They take great care of him, and always recognize know him when he comes through the door in the morning. Also, love when they give me an update on how he did during the day while I am at work.

  Pawsh Dog was the first daycare I have used. I am happy with the service. My dog is always excited to see the staff. They love him. Always professional and helpful.
