  Excellent hotel in a great area, right next to the inner harbor and many great restaurants. The hotel itself had very comfy rooms and beds and a great decor/feel to it

  My husband and I went on our honeymoon here and it was absolutely wonderful. The room was large and clean. They people who worked there were incredibly kind and helpful, they even upgraded our room because we were celebrating. The views were simply stunning from our room. You could see the capitol building all light up at night. We ordered room service and the food was great!

  Excellent service! Had some tea in the lobby. VERY central location, quite close to just about everything that you would want or need. Staff is friendly and responsive. I personally quite liked the beds. Very comfortable! Not much else I can think of other than to say that the service is IMPECCABLE!

  I absolutely loved this place! We had an amazing view and could see the Fairmont Empress right outside the window, and the horse carriages in the street! Comfy beds, wonderful view, friendly staff! Definitely staying here again! Even the elevators are deluxe!

  Thoroughly enjoyed our two nights here. Staff were warm, personable and very friendly from front desk to bumping into housekeepers in the elevator, everyone was just awesome. We don't fit the typical demographic of guests at higher end hotels and I've felt looked down on at other hotels for being younger or not so well dressed compared to their average guest. Not here, not even a bit. Wonderful rooms, great staff. 10/10 all around.
