  This is one of their better locations. The staff here is all very friendly and the products are always displayed well. I've been here many times and I'm always impressed by how knowledgeable the staff in each department are.

  I went there yesterday.. in search for a bathtub insert. The guy who helped us had no idea what I was asking for so he kept showing us random things that had nothing to do with what I wanted.. AT ALL. Then he asks a woman who knows what i meant and she asks an older man named Richard where they are.. he proceeded to make weird jokes and then told me I watch to much tv and that I'm basically going to spend more too much doing that. I was super annoyed. If I want something just show me where it is, don't try and make me feel stupid. Anyways I left right after and I'll be going to Lowe's from now on. It was the most awkward moment I've ever had in a home appliance store.

  I literally go here just because it's open later than other supply stores, and on weekends. It's nice for one stop for all trades shop, but staff in your respected departments, educate yourself on the products you have. If people come in trying to DIY, they're going to be doing a lot of things wrong.

  I have been coming to this store for more than 5 years and still have mixed feelings about it. The products are good, but often a little higher priced. The biggest thing that I don't like is I am pounced on by well meaning staff who don't know much about their department. I hate correcting someone just so they will leave me alone, plumbing is bad for this. The funniest thing I have had happen was when a store employee grabbed me and asked if I would help a customer with a skillsaw purchase as he sees me in his department regularly getting business supplies / tools. I didn't mind being asked, it was better than the customer being fed some BS so props for creativity. Electrical department with Colin is the high-point of the store, always happy to help and actually very knowledgeable.
