::We purchased flooring and it's just disappointing when your told it would be in within 3 weeks and prepare the area for the floor to be installed and get charged interest before even receiving the floor and being told the wrong eta makes it very frustrating specially when moving furniture based on eta given. Called them and explained the situation and they tell us it's going to be another 3 weeks. Spoke to a manager at the store and he said he would try and get the flooring from another province. They told us in the beginning that they can't do that but the manager was determined he can and he would call back , it's been a week since and still no call back, this is very frustrating, inconvenient and just bad business practice. We own 3 properties and have renovated 2 of them using home depot and its just starting to piss us off.

::I recently bought a Wi-Fi controlled device from home depot. They first told me they did not have the device, so I explained it's in stock on the website. After I showed them on my phone they agreed they should have stock but couldn't find it. I asked them to look up the skew, and I was directed to another part of the store. A two min trip took almost 40 mins. Maybe they should add the location of the item to website. That way you don't need to request the staff to look anything up and send you in circles.

::I usually find what I need. Returns are easy as long as you have your receipt. Unless you have a home depot credit card then you don't need the receipt.

::I had purchased a washing machine and a portable dishwasher and shortly after they were delivered I found out I needed to move so didn't require these two appliances anymore. I made arrangements to have the appliances picked up and was told I would receive a call 1/2 hour before they arrived but that they were unable to provide me with an idea as to what time of day they would be coming. The pick up time is between 7:00am and 10:00pm so I literally have to be no further than a half hour away from home for that entire period of time. I think there should be a better system for deliveries. Any other place that I have had deliveries from have given me a four hour time period that I could expect them. That is a much better system. It's a great store to shop in and I have made plenty of purchases from Home Depot over the years but this particular area really needs to be improved.
