  Had an annoying experience shopping at that location. -I came to buy 1" floor flunge. Don't carry /: not that uncommon thing. -don't cut to size steel pipes anymore -another item on cash registry didn't have barcode. The person on registry was looking to go get the price - another two ladies were confused about the situation.... conclusion: inefficient, procedure unlearned crew.

  WOW! Does this home depot ever have friendly staff. Ran in to grab a couple things and was consistently greeted by employee after employee. A genuine friendly and welcoming environment. A breath of fresh air compared to other hardware stores. Will definitely be spending more money here.

  Actually one star is way to much. Worst experience ever. Bought all new kitchen appliances, sales there was OK. We wanted new floors installed went to flooring and got the run around. Was told to go to customer service and set up appointment. We did and not one person had a clue of what to do. Left our info and in three days got a call and we had to go back and talk to another person. We had to start all over again and make an appointment for a flooring person to come buy and estimate. This person was the rudest person we met. Interogated us about our floor was close to kick him out. Install person lied to us about remove older dishwasher. We paid to have it removed and installed. Removed it ourselves when we paid to have it removed. The install guy lied to us and said it wasn't included. I called the store and they said to bad you paid for it. A week later the dishwasher fell put of the cabinet wasn't secure. Called back and got the run around. In short I can keep writing about the worst experience ever. They didn't care that we spent 5 thousand for this. Never again will I go to home depot. I will drive across town to buy a five dollar part before I spend a penny there.

  AWESOME SERVICE!! We frequent this store and have never had ANY issues getting help. Lately we have dealt ROBERT and let me say , he deserves a raise!!! Friendly, helpful and listened with interest at our " project" idea and offered his time and direction on several options.It is very rare to walk into a store, be acknowledged, and offered assistance but Robert at the Regent store goes above and beyond! 10/10 from us!   Very helpful and polite staff at this location. They always ask if I need assistance while I'm shopping and I see them asking others as well in aisles. Clean store, tons of parking and never a worry about not having items in stock. Prices are very good as well and in most cases, beat other prices of competitors. Bought a propane meat smoker from there, was at least $200 cheaper than Canadian Tire for that exact model. Very awesome unit and zero issues with it after 6 months of use.
