  Service is non-existent. Wanted to buy and cut some wood, found a perfect piece; the saw wasn’t working. I asked when it can be done, the answer from the manager was “can’t do it today and tomorrow, not sure about the week”. I mean if you don’t know answers that simple about your store, are you at the right place managing it? I wanted to give you money and instead you’ve got a disappointed customer turning to other stores.

  Highly recommend staff is polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Do not waste you time and money going to Reno Depot, Home Depot is the best choice.

  Sometimes it's will take him this long for you to find someone to help you but at the end they give excellent service.

  Terrible service, inefficient lazy staff who can't speak English. It's 2018! About time they learn the universal language

  We usually find that Home Depot is extremely useful and has very good customer service. Unfortunately, their telephone service is not very good. We called multiple different locations, but no one picked up at any of them, even after we waited a while.
