::You can't use their wireless with your laptop unless you're a member of them. Pretty decent spot to read a book or just try to educate yourself I guess. The old bloke working for the library has a bit of an attitude problem. It was my first time visiting and I simply asked him if there's a wireless internet access to the public and the dude looked straight at me as if he was looking at a street bum lol. I mean I wore gym pants for the comfort but c'mon man lol.

::The Law Society's Great Library is an excellent place to conduct legal research, open to all. It is quiet, spacious and free. Though photocopying ..... not so much. ;)

::I love working in this law library in Toronto - it's quiet, packed with resources (both print and digital), and a great place for research. The staff are amazingly helpful and courteous if you get stuck, or need some guidance or help finding material. Don't bring food in, leave the texts you have used on the desk and respect other library users and staff. I usually take a big bottle of water in and sin to stay a few hours.

::Staff are fantastic and bend over backwards to help. Staff are not lawyers, so don't be frustrated if a staff member cannot be your lawyer. But they will help you find any information under the sun - and they are pros at it.

::The Great Library is one of my favourite places to study, research or just hang out and absorb the ambience of knowledge. As a Paralegal and a book lover, this place offers a sanctuary that is peaceful and educational.
