  I went in and said I had acne prone skin but I couldn’t use alcohol because it just made it worse. She showed me to some products that were a bit pricey but when I tried them they didn’t help at all. They made my acne worse because the toner she said to buy had alcohol which she said it didn’t. There was even a strong smell of it when you used it. When I learned about my own skin through my own trial and error I finally found something that works. I still do use some of their nose strips, exfoliators, and cleaners. The staff were pretty nice but they don’t even know what they’re talking about half the time. The sales are bad marketing tricks, because I don’t need 10 masks to get another 3 free. Their nail products are terrible. Their new foundation works wonders though, I like the many choices and options to it.

  Small store, they have a nice variety of Korean skincare products. It is expensive but the products are original and good quality.

  okay so i went in yesterday with my mum since we happened to be nearby and the staff were sweet and immediately helped! i was nervous from my anxiety but i got some stuff from the sales for canada day and im so happy!!

  I frequently visit this location to purchase the Belif Aqua Bomb, and let me tell you these girls know their stuff. Never met such knowledgeable people. I recently decided to switch out of the Aqua Bom and try something new, though the Aqua Bomb is still one of my favorites. I wanted to started a new anti-aging skincare line. So one of the workers helped me out and introduces me to a few different lines, the Ecargot line and the Therapy Blue Line. Which both seemed amazing, I ended up buying the whole entire Escargot Line. This line is the best I've ever used. Will definitely be going back to stock up.

  I would give them one star but at least I got my free facial mask. The face shop was promoting a free mask, and I was super excited for this generous gift. When I went into the shop, two girls were at the cashier, I think one of them was being trained. I stood in front of them and they ignored me so I had to get their attention. After showing them the freebie, the trainer told ME WITH Attitude that I would lose the discount of 15% for the purchase. I could do without that especially with this service. She didn't try to make conversation, had a gloomy face, didn't ask if I tried to browse the rest of the store, needed a bag, or wanted samples. Let's just say this store will probably close down soon. Just go to another location these ladies need to be retrained on the basics of customer service.
