::We have stayed at The Columns multiple times over the last few years. Every stay has been absolutely wonderful. The rooms are always clean and well maintained despite the age of the house, the amenities are excellent, and the overall ambiance of the old house is rich and inviting. The breakfasts are top-notch quality every time - my wife works for a gourmet food store so our standards are pretty high, and we have never been disappointed. Visiting with the owners is always enjoyable as well. Every stay has been memorable, and we can't wait to come again.

::Wonderful bed and breakfast with even lovelier hosts! Great place to feel welcome, feel cozy, as if you're at home away from home. The estate is beautiful with a big backyard facing the river. Morning breakfast is delicious and very filling too! Within walking distance to many restaurants too. If you like morning hikes, there's a trail by the backyard. Would definitely come back!

::We had a wonderful stay. Josh was a friendly host who can make some tasty breakfasts. The house is very beautiful and in a nice, old neighbourhood. The location is close to downtown so most places in the city are an easy drive away. The room we had (Henry Moore) had its own small balcony where we could relax. The price is similar to a downtown hotel but the atmosphere is much more relaxing. Our room did not ventilate well so it was stuffy in the heat. The only thing stopping it from a full 5 stars. I highly recommend The Columns whenever you are in Winnipeg.
