::The last two times I have visited this business to insure a vehicle I was unprofessionally greeted by the same worker. The first time, I was yelled at from across the parking lot that they had 5 more minutes left on their lunch break, as I tried once to open the door to the business at 12:55 pm. The second time, an unprofessional level of attitude was directed at me when I questioned why it would take a full week to wait for an appointment to simply insure a vehicle. I am not one to complain about customer service but I was floored enough by this worker to come and write a negative review. I will be looking for another company for all my insurance needs.
