::i ordered a coffee table and end tables there nearly $1000 dollars with insurance it came missing pieces so i asked them for a refund they can't that it on the back of the invoice but they never told me when i purchased it they told me they can order the part or give 50 bucks . they were very rude and customer service wasn't up to par i wouldn't recommend buying furniture from this place in stonebridge area of saskatoon. if i could give it 0 stars i would

::If I could rate zero I would. We went looking for a washer. We were the only customers in the store, no one spoke to us the whole 10 minutes we were there and while were looking we were talking to each other how it would be nice if someone would come talk to us. When we started heading out the door someone had the audacity to ask 'did you need any help finding anything?" To which we responded "when we first came in yes, not now that we're done" she said "ok then" all chipper with a huge smile on her face. like seriously??? That's how you respond, what a joke, never going back there. Don't waste your time and the prices were not sales either... $100 off $1200??

::Great customer service! Good delivery time and they even called to say they assembled our tables beforehand since they originally said they don't come that way and we have to assemble them ourselves; yes we will take them assembled! No problem! There was a couch and chair set we really loved and got for a great price! Would def recommend to anyone for business or personal usage. Great bargains, great place!

::Our house burnt down on Sept 29th. The next Monday we went into this store. We bought furniture for a rental home that was supposed to be pick that Friday. Friday furniture wasn't there, and the sales manager promised it would be there on Tuesday. We still have not received our furniture. So far we are out $300 in moving costs and $1000+ in hotel fees due to having no funiture.There is no was no way to contact anyone up the chain of command. My recommendation is shop anywhere else.
