  I have had the best service working with Dave and his associates. I recently purchased a new phone through Dave and after about 9 days realised that the battery was not holding up as it should with a brand new phone. I do not live in Vancouver so it made the exchange process more complicated but got a phone sent in the mail and then sent my faulty one back to them and it was SUCH a smooth process even though they do not typically do that. I really appreciate everything they have done and I highly recommend this store! Thanks for everything!

  I can truly say this is the best service I have ever received from a phone company! I have dealt with Scott and he is very helpful and diligent. I changed my plan and bought a new phone.. he even checked with me afterwards to make sure everything is working well. I definitely recommend them :)

  Hey, these folks are awesome. I came in exhausted, sick and frustrated a couple of days ago and the charming attendant/telecommunications artist/customer wrangler Scott was super soothing and efficient, so nice that I didn't have a meltdown even though my problem wasn't immediately solvable in store. I went back today to upgrade my phone and found the rest of the staff as lovely, courteous and knowledgeable as blessed Scott. Best customer service I've gotten in any Telus store ever. Go there for all the Telus things.

  I just got a new phone and it was super easy and Dave was super helpful. He made the experience very fun and welcoming. I recommend going to this store for your Telus needs.
