  Insanely slow. Not enough staff for the long lines. Pushy with selling the promos you don't need.

  The TD on the corner of Lasalle/Falconbridge is a very good bank to deal with in Sudbury. Let's face it - dealing with banks is not something that's gotten easier over time - but these guys try their best and it shows. The extended hours (including Sunday) are a huge bonus for me, there is always ample parking, and although yes, there are usually wait times, you can tell that the staff is working the line and not puttering or dilly-daddling. Also, investment advice here is very good. Way better than the CIBC downtown!

  The entrance is close to impossible to get in the staff mess up all the orders but they are fast

  I love td bank because their extended hours and great customer service... however it ends there, everything I go into the bank on Lasalle in Sudbury Ontario there is a huge line up... it never use to be like this and it's so frustrating that I have sometimes thought of switching banks. They have more tills than I can count and only like 3 people working them at a time... get your stuff straight td or I'm switching banks
