  Unfriendly and didn’t know how to process a simple transaction- after 30 minutes told me to go to Billings Bridge location. Will never go back to this branch.

  Not a client of the bank but i buy change from there for my work. They are all friendly, wait time and service is quick. I had to write a review today tho, there was a customer freaking out. He was yelling about a hold on a hand written check for a very large sum of money. We all know every bank puts a hold for whatever time. Both the teller and the manager are trying to tell him they will call to find out. He insists on an imitate answer they cannot give. Both the teller and the manager handled the situation great, he was freaking out on them, i had to speak up in their defense and i guess he realized he was making a scene. I said within earshot "and he would freak out if someone hacked his account". No win with people like that, but the staff was awesome!!!

  Though lines can be very long with only a few clerks serving with not much parking for TD it's close by shopping area which is convenient
