  After waiting about 20-30 mins in line, I walked up to the available clerk, he saw me, and without saying a word, he turned around and left to talk to a coworker in one of the enclosed offices. I had to wait yet another 5-10 mins for the only other clerk to be available. Also, after all the waiting(and driving) she just told me to call the bank number. wow.
