::I receive warm welcoming customer service every single visit. One of my favorite aspects of dealing with TD Canada Trust, specifically this location, is that they make an effort to go above and beyond to exceed your needs. And they always succeed with that. That is the main reason for my loyalty and why I continue to add products and services with this branch.

::I'm closing my accounts. Have been with TD just a month, 3 accounts and just hassle. The tellers are not informed about the basic services. Is there a hold on a cheque deposited at the ATM? No there is no hold if it is under $200. Turns out there is a 7 day hold on any amount deposited at the ATM, you have to go to the teller to deposit it if you want your funds to be available right away. Service is very friendly but how is that helpful if it is wrong information. Call center will forward you 3 times to a different line to answer your question after you already have selected from the menu who you want to speak to. Why is banking so difficlut? Never had these issues with other banks overseas. Canadian banks need to improve.
