  I typically don’t review things. But heavens, how in the hell is this business still running with their customer service. I asked a simple question only for the rep to ignore what I’ve asked..

  Terrible customer service at front desk. A bunch of adult children not taking any responsibility, playing on their phones and giggling over Snapchat posts. I feel like a heel asking for help and interrupting their afternoon play. Free accounts at Tangerine but you get what you pay for here.

  All good except for the charge they put on e-transfers or you have to wait at least 2-3 days (work days) in order for them to make the transfer. For all those who want robust online banking second to none, I highly recommend.

  Easy and fast, we literally walked in and out as long as you have valid id's. No fee banking and since my account is new, the money will be held for 5 days and that's alright though Email transfer and ABM deposits are available instantly. I'm a new member and loving how convenient it is. I can withdraw and deposit at any Scotiabank and got my referral $ in less than 24 hours. Will be recommending this no fee banking to family and friends as it is legitimate.
