  Pire service ever. Ma premiere paye deposer bloquer...on me dit on vous connait pas assez...wtf je vous connais pas et vs bloquer mon argent.... Ensuite jappelle 6fois pour dire que ma carte ne fonctionne pas...a chaque fois le gars me comprend pas dit que sa coupe que je suis en auto...quoi? Non cest vous qui ete trop loin dans un autre pays. Enfin je reussis me dit non ma carte fonctionne.... Reesaye...ne fonctionne pas...rapelle ...annule ma carte...ah dans 10jours voud allez avoir une nouvelle carte et ensuite votre mot de passe....2 sem sans carte BRAVO TANGERINE VS ETE DES MERDES

  So, what is a pharmacy? Not Pharmaprix? I am supposed to get 2% cash back from Pharmacies on my tangerine credit card. Instead, I get .5%. I should have known. Dissatisfaction and Scotiabank (which bought ING Direct) go hand in hand.

  I don't know why there are so many negative reviews! I went in, had a call with customer service and they explained to me that the only time they charge a fee is in two situations: 1) you don't use the cheqings account for more than 1 year and it's basically stagnant, so they will charge you 10$. But if you bank every day, using your cheqings debit card, you will never be charged any fees. Yours translations are unlimited! 2)If you do an email money transfer OUT to another financial institution such as CIBC . They change 1$. But to receive into Trangerine, is free on the Tangerine side (but costs, obviously) on the other banking Institution side.

  Tangerine n’a pas de guichet pour dépôt ou retrait d’argent, Tangerine fait affaire avec la Banque Scotia qui donne un mauvais service en disponibilité de guichets sans frais, les guichets sont mal réparti sur le territoire, surtout la Rive Nord de Montréal, inadéquat pour sa clientèle. Je demeure à Saint-Eustache et il n’y a qu’un seul guichet dans un dépanneur au sud est extrême de Saint-Eustache, souvent je dois aller dans l’autre ville Boisbriand pour déposer de l’argent ou en retiré, système insatisfaisant et inadéquat . Lorsque je suis devenu nouveau client chez Tangerine anciennement ING,Il faisait affaire avec la banque nationale qui donnait une bien meilleure accessibilité de guichets. Un client insatisfait.

  If you are looking for a bank that retains your money for days when you deposit company cheques that actually have been cleared in the account by the issuing bank then go for it .... But the day you need to pay something and they tell you the money wont be available for another 7 days well good luck at explaining that to the company waiting for your money at the other end.....and the only thing the employee could say on the phone was i understand you want to leave us ..... Not sure they really care so why shoul i suuport tangerine underdog of bank scotia for that matter.
