  I can't speak for everyone, but I really enjoy the chicken and I love the dipping sauce they have. They also have a good variety of other food ad well.

  I ordered the chicken sandwich with the "loaded" baked potato. The tiny amount of cheese and bacon included in the 'upgraded' potato made me sad. I had ordered it with sour cream and chives but received plain sour cream.

  The food was the greatest cold friend and such but the parking is alright an Tere is wifi

  I placed a delivery order at 5:30. Waited until 6:35 to call and inquire about it. My boyfriend called from his phone, didn't provide an order number, address or anything. The girl on the phone put him on hold for a few minutes and came back saying her delivery driver was close by. He hung up the phone and realized he hadn't even provided the order information so she couldn't have checked our order. We tried calling back 3 more times but they weren't picking up their phone any more. Delivery driver showed up another 15 minutes later. No thanks! This order was showing as on its way for over an hour. We refused the well-traveled chicken, and won't be ordering from Swiss Chalet again.

  4 of my last 5 visits have been a bad experience. Food is too slow, or they bring the wrong orders, it is always quite dirty and could use a good floor clean. As a family of 6, we have to be wise with where we go out, and we have decided not to return here after another bad dinner. The manager seemed used to offering a discount and didn't act surprised at our issues. It is still possible to turn this place around, attention to detail is needed.
