::It was incredibly hot, no ac. The only room that was ok to sleep was a living room downstairs with a folding bed. We stayed with a family of 4 adults and 2 kids. They provided 3 sets of towels and one soap bar and one body lotion. After I asked for shampoo, they brought 2 body lotion and 2 conditioners for 6 of us and no shampoo and no soap. The building is old and you can smell it. You can hear every step from neighbors. And our neighbors were quiet, I can't complain. But I could hear all their movings around. Beds are too high. After my surgery it was very uncomfortable to get there. It didn't work to sleep for my toddler either. They have no parking. You have to park one block away and pay $12 per night. And yes, drag all your stuff from there. Location is good though and receptionists looks nice.

::Great location. Love sitting on the patio. You can see the new Johnson Street bridge in action. Missing the flowers that normally adorn the building and windows. Service was friendly. Nachos and beer were perfect.

::Sweet pub to start your night! The bartenders are awesome here! Sit at the bar and chat em up! 8 dollar burgers after 9pm deal is sweet. Great looking interior with the exposed brick and wooden features.

::With an expansive drink menu, it usually pleases just about anyone. The service is friendly and efficient, and live music is regularly played here in the main pub area. The food is usually pretty consistent, I’ve had some less than stellar food here years ago but recently it has been tasty and satisfying. Definitely worth a trip for the proximity to downtown and to get away from the Government Street hustle and bustle and tourist rush. The sun area around the perimeter of the pub is great during the summer.

::The room was spacious with high ceiling and full kitchen. Spotless and stocked with all the basic necessities with a tiny little balcony that was kind of neat looking over the street. Front desk was helpful and pleasant. Pub had good food although I thought portions a little small. The pub had different happy hours that you could get half price burgers etc. The parking was in a pay per day lot a block away, 10/day was added to the final bill of the room so it could add up fast. Beer and wine store right next door and lots of restaurants and markets and a bunch of great little coffee shops within a 2 block radius. Over all a great experience and my only gripe was the extra cost of parking.
