::You know it’s a good Japanese restaurant if Japanese people eat here! Great price for quality seafood. Glad we found this place. I got a house salad, dressing was nice and fresh, almost like a purée with sesame oil and garlic and soy. Poured over a bed of romaine lettuce, cucumber, tomato, red cabbage and shredded carrot. BBQ eel was delicious and a good size portion for $8. Also the Maki was superb, 24 pieces of cucumber, tuna and salmon for $8. I was stuffed. Matt got a sashimi plate of tuna and salmon that came with large chunks of fish on a beautifully displayed bed of shredded daikon, carrots and slices of cucumber. Our total was only $40 and we were both satisfied with our light dinner.

::No complaints. Every cook to service takes time. Very good food. Two thumbs up. Great service.

::Decent, moderately priced sushi. Little underground joint where one can get a decent meal without breaking the bank. One of my go-tos.

::Easily one of the worst sushi places I’ve been to in Vancouver. The rolls are big & it’s relatively cheap, but food didn’t look or taste fresh & almost everything on the menu is deep-fried or soaked in some sort of sticky/sweet sauce. There are way better options to choose from downtown

::Tasty, moderately priced sushi. They serve bento boxes all day. I recommend the shrimp tempura and soft shell crab special roll. Sashimi was also very good.
