    WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I'm starting to think this is just one big scam. First, l had originally planned to cancel my order the day after being in the store because the high pressure sales tactics used by what I was told was an "out of town rep" which left me with a bunch of unwanted items added to my order; (in spite of my direct repeated insistance to the Rep that I did not want, or need, any of those items). So, I went back the very next day and spoke to a female manager, (who by the way was the ONLY competent and knowledgeable person I've interacted with at this location). She happily corrected my order on the spot, removing the unwanted items and then she had me apply for the financing options that I originally wanted, because as I said, the high pressure guy from the day before, wouldn't listen to me and put it on a layaway payment program, which of course I had again repeatedly told him I DID NOT Want! She even threw in a free rug. So I was happy 😊 ... Until I got a late payment for layaway notice from them a month later!!! After calling the store to try and sort out the issue, I spoke to the WORST Customer Service Representative EVER, some douche named CURTIS (who of course refused to provide a last name or other identifier of any kind), he knew NOTHING about the original order, the revisions made to it, or the no payment 18 month interest free financing agreement. At first, CURTIS (who btw said he was the manager!) tried telling me he didn't have any idea what I was talking about because their store doesn't even offer 18 month interest free financing (He said this even though the store has HUGE signs that say so!?!) I explained to this Curtis guy that I had all of my paper work, in my hands... So then Curtis the genius, asked me to email him a photo of the financing application/booklet I was given, so I did immediately... Then this winner at life CURTIS says: "That's not what I wanted, to be honest, THOSE ARE RIGHT ON OUR COUNTER SO ANYONE COULD JUST FILL ONE OUT AND TAKE A PICTURE OF IT" seriously??? Really??? What a joke. Essentially this CURTIS accused me of lying about my order and/or my financing, but why? What does this do for me??? Why would I lie??? So of course I was now furious! I told him enough is enough, his company is a sad joke, and began to tell him that I wanted to cancel my order, but before I could finish speaking to him, HE HUNG UP ON ME!!! I called back twice, just to be hung up on by the so-called "manager" Curtis 2 more times!!! So now I have to go back to their store in person tomorrow, just to cancel this stupid order all together. And what is worse is that during the time I wasted with this truly garbage company, I missed out on some actually great furniture sales from legitimate, REPUTABLE companies here in town. SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND HEADACHES AND JUST SHOP ELSEWHERE!!! Buyer beware for real with these losers!

    Be careful. They use a third party delivery. And there is a 70.00 charge. We were not informed. Not impressed. They did give us credit i the store after the fact.

    Purchased a furniture set here.. great price and great customer service from sales associates. Would shop here again. However not very satisfied with the delivery service. They showed up wearing wife beaters, were not very friendly at all, and had me sign saying my product was delivered in good condition.. without even taking the saran wrap off the product for me to even see it was in good condition. Thankfully it was. If the store hired there own delivery staff I think this business would be 5 stars easily.

    Although I was originally upset about a situation that developed. The management team rectified the problem and made things right. Good job in customer retention.
