  I bought some vanilla protein on sale here. The staff failed to inform me that it was on sale because it would expire by the end of the month. I opened it up when I got home. It was brown and rancid. They would not return the product because it was a "sale item". Indefinitely lost a client over $20

  I purchased a Mammoth Mug from Supplement King in Fort Mcmurray yesterday and forgot to ask for the receipt. I went to use my mug for the 1st time today noticed it leaked from the seal. I took it back to the store and asked to exchange it for another and was told there was nothing they can do without a receipt. I also called to speak with the manager and was told the same. I've spent hundreds in this store over the years and they weren't even willing to EXCHANGE a faulty mug they sold me for another. Ridiculous! Never going back.
