  They didn't cleaned multiple rooms and bathrooms, breakfast is minimal and I got an allergic reaction to house dust mite. When we went down to the desk, the "supervisor" told us that he told the cleaning department to clean the room. However when the head of the cleaning department came down, she told us that he didn't told them. After that he became really angry at us. The head of the cleaning department was really nice to us though and helped us immediately.

  Good rates, good management, good employees. Clean. Could be updated a bit. But not really any big complaints.

  Loved the quiet pool and spa! Very relaxing! Spotless rooms and the staff were nice and accommodating. Would definately return.

  Great hotel conveniently located... easy off end on to freeway... airport and Tradex within a 7 minute drive. Friendly greetings from helpful and knowledgeable staff. Rooms are well appointed, clean and comfortable. Great breakfast served daily is included. The indoor pool has a great slide - great for the kids. A five star property at three star prices.

  The old adage "you get what you pay for" certainly doesn't hold here--you get more! For the price I expected less, but was pleasantly surprised with clean rooms (save a couple of questionable pillows, which they promptly replaced), renovated bathroom, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, flat screen television, desk, and an outside door. They also offer a free breakfast that is more than a muffin and coffee. I like finding affordable places to stay while travelling for work, and this one will remain high on my list for the lower mainland. I'll be back!
