::Extremely rude staff! Lady began yelling at me to not park in front of the store, without even asking if I had intent to shop there. Not cool. Began cursing and gave me the finger. How was this woman hired?

::When I walked in just after ten I was informed they couldn’t take cash payments anymore. After ordering and paying I was then informed they would be closing at eleven. My surprise was answered with an explanation that it was too quiet due to the snow so they would close an hour early. I had specifically selected Subway for the fact that they wouldn’t close till midnight!

::Staff has always been friendly and enjoyable to speak with. Usually pretty quick service, and the restaurant is clean, and up to date.

::I've given this place a number of chances, mainly because it's a cheap meal and close to home. The folks who work here need a serious wakeup call as to what a reasonable default amount of ingredients are, and what simple quantifying words mean. Ordering a sub takes 5x as much speaking as it should. As others have said, you will get a frustratingly tiny portion of any given veggie topping, and adjusting the amount to your liking will take several requests. Customers should not feel greedy asking for a reasonable amount of vegetables, particularly on veggie subs. Management should take a look at their hiring and training practices for these "sandwich artists." If you're after a Pollack, though, great location.

::Employee Zander has got to be the worst sandwich maker I have ever come across. I have had 4 or 5 made by him now, and every one has been piss-poor. Work is done carelessly, ingredients are unevenly spaced, and he is exceedingly chintzy with the veggies. I don't know how six tiny pickle slices over a foot-long sub qualifies as "lots of pickles", but that isn't cutting it. And then he douses the whole mess in a virtual gallon of sauce, like we're supposed to enjoy dripping it all over ourselves while struggling to enjoy his shoddy work. Go to a different location if it's the evening, as he's seemingly always working at night.
