  Booked an appointment for 10:00 AM this past Saturday. I arrived at 9:40 to locked doors. I waited until 10:30 before finally giving up. Left a voicemail and submitted feedback via email but it's Wednesday and I haven't heard anything from Sublime at all. Safe to say I do not recommend that anyone book services here. --- EDIT: Jess at Sublime called me this afternoon to apologize for the no-show, she mentioned that their online booking system has been inconsistent. If you want to book an appointment here, I recommend you call and speak to someone!
